On July 14, 2026, the White House published the release White House Launches Gold Eagle Initiative for Unprecedented Cybersecurity Vulnerability Coordination discussing EO 14409 Promoting Advanced Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Security of June 2, 2026 (discussed in my June 3, 2026 ANP Article) and how it is being integrated across the whole-of-government. Gold Eagle is a clearinghouse that will enable cybersecurity vulnerability coordination using open-source software in a coordinated system enabling government to patch cyber vulnerabilities quickly and efficiently. This is a new model that leverages AI capabilities to detect, prioritize, and provide solutions to government.
On July 15, 2026, the White House published the research Measuring Balance of Payments Deficits, a 13 page pdf published by the Council of Economic Advisers in July 2026. Dr Joeri Schasfoort explains (in the video below) BOP (Balance of Payments) is an accounting framework that records all international transactions as current accounts or capital accounts. The research article suggests that additional measures should be added to better define the deficit/surplus balances in today's economy.

Maria Francesca Cabrini was born July 15, 1850 in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia (then part of the Austrian Empire), Northern Italy. She was born 2 months prematurely. She was small, weak, and frail as a child. She attended school graduating cum laude in 1868 with a teaching certificate. She returned home to teach at the parish school. When her parents died in 1870, she applied to the Daughters of the Sacred Heart at Arluno but was rejected because of her frail health. She contracted smallpox in 1872 while working with the sick. Upon her recovery, she applied to the Canossian Sisters of Crema; but they rejected her application for her frail health. There is a rumor that the parish priest asked both orders to deny her application because he did not want to lose her as a teacher.
By 1874, Maria was asked to take over an orphanage in Codogno, Lombardy originally operated by the Sisters of Providence (who ran the orphanage poorly). When she arrived in Codogno, she was finally able to take her religious vows. She took the name of Frances Xavier Cabrini to honor the patron saint of missionary service Francis Xavier. The orphanage closed in 1880. She inquired as to her status now that the orphanage was closed and was told no religious order would train her to be a missionary so she started her own order.
In November 1880, she and several former Providence sisters founded the Institute of the Salesian Missionaries of the Sacred Heart (MSC). They took in orphans and foundlings, opened a day school, started classes in needlework, and sold their embroidery to finance everything. Between 1880 and 1885, they established 7 homes, a free school, and a nursery in Lombardy.
In 1887, Sister Cabrini opened a convent in Castel San Giovanni, Emilia-Romagna region with the blessing of Bishop Giiovanni Scalabrini of Placenza. The Bishop founded Scalabrinian Missionaries, an order of priests who would work with Italian immigrants in New York City. He asked Maria if she would consider opening an orphanage in New York for girls which would be funded by Countess Mary Reid DiCesnola. A meeting was set up by the Bishop for Maria to meet Pope Leo XIII. In September 1887, she asked for permission to set up a convent in Rome which was granted; however, her request to go to Asia was denied. The Pope told her to "go west" instead knowing that the Italian Catholics in New York were in great need of spiritual guidance. It was not until December 1888 that Maria finally committed to going to New York City. The Pope also designated the MSC as a missionary institute (the first group of Italian Religious Sisters to receive that designation).
Sister Cabrini arrived in New York City on March 31, 1889 with 6 of her MSC sisters. The Scalabrinian Priests were not available to meet them at the dock and had nothing set up for them. The Sisters stayed in a rooming house that was decrepit and had bed bugs. The next morning they went to Archbishop Corrigan who told the sisters to go back to Italy. She refused, showed him the letters from the Pope, and Corrigan could not disobey a direct papal mandate, so he told her to make a school first then later do the orphanage. The Sisters of Charity in the Bronx gave the sisters temporary housing. Corrigan found a rundown convent in the Five Points area of Manhattan that he gave to the MSC sisters.
In 1890, Mother Cabrini purchased a property in West Park where she established the orphanage and an MSC novitiate. It would become her home and boarding school in addition to being an orphanage. She also helped the Scalabrinians to build a hospital that opened in 1891.
Mother Cabrini started receiving requests for assistance from around the world. Ultimately, she founded over 67 institutions around the world. In 1909, Mother Cabrini became a naturalized US Citizen. Mother Cabrini died December 22, 1917 at Columbus Hospital, in Chicago, Illinois.
In 1938, the Vatican beatified Mother Cabrini. In 1946, they canonized her as Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini and named her the patron saint of immigrants in 1950 with November 13 as her Feast Day.
In 2024, Angel Studios released a movie about her life called Cabrini. Rotten tomatoes gives the movie a 91% while viewers give it a 98% positive watch review. The movie is available for online viewing on the Angel Studios website if you are a guild member ($15 a month for the 1st year, then the price goes up). Alternatively, you can purchase the DVD/Blue Ray versions on amazon (the DVD is currently on sale for less than $15, click here for the ANP Link to buying choices).
In his message, President Trump writes:
Arriving in New York City in 1889 with nothing but their unshakable faith in Almighty God, Mother Cabrini and her sisters opened hospitals, orphanages, and schools that comforted the sick, cared for children, and provided for the weary. Mother Cabrini’s work rekindled the faith of thousands of Catholics and prepared generations to flourish as proud Americans. She met every challenge and hardship with an inexhaustible zeal, and through her tireless devotion, she opened 67 charitable institutions across the world. Today, the legacy Mother Cabrini began continues through the work of the Missionary Sisters and through the Italian American community whose deep devotion to faith and family enriches our Nation.
An immigrant who proudly became a citizen of the United States, Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini cherished America as her beloved home and revered with all her heart the beauty, freedoms, and liberties that make our Nation exceptional. Her tireless pursuit of the common good, her unceasing devotion to Jesus Christ, and her measureless generosity embody the very virtues that have made America the greatest force for good the world has ever known.
In recognition of her incredible life of service to God and country, Pope Pius XII canonized Mother Cabrini in 1946, making her the first American citizen ever proclaimed as a Catholic saint. As we celebrate her enduring legacy today, we pledge to safeguard the precious freedoms she cherished so deeply, to usher in a historic resurgence of faith across our land, and to steward the full glory of the American promise for generations to come.

Melania Trump has been selected as the Most Consequential First Lady in Modern American history by NEWSMAX. First Lady Melania Trump had previously been recognized as Patriot of the Year by Fox Nation (discussed in my November 14, 2025 ANP Article). Regardless of political perspective, the scope of this First Lady’s work is extraordinary. History will judge First Ladies by measurable impact, not headlines. By this standard, First Lady Melania Trump has established one of the most substantive legacies in modern history.
Mrs. Trump has actively sought to redefine the Role of FLOTUS (discussed in my July 7, 2026 ANP Article) and based on the above, I think she has been successful at both redefining the role as well as making progress towards what she has set out to do for the children and youth of our nation.
Those are some of the exact words used by Google’s censors, aka 'Orwellian content police,' in describing many of our controversial stories. Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
