To me, due process is asking "Are you a US Citizen?" If YES, then your due process is to be booked for the crime you were arrested for and then processed through our judicial system. If NO, then your due process is being automatically REPATRIATED to the country of your origin and barred from re-entry into the US.
What we have now is OUR elected political representatives calling for a stepping-up of rioting activities against ICE, National Guardsmen, and Active Duty Military personnel who were deployed to stop the rioting. And now we have the President of Mexico calling for HER Mexican Citizens currently living ILLEGALLY in the US to participate in the violent riots. This needs to be addressed . . . HER citizens needs to be repatriated back to Mexico . . . IMMEDIATELY!

In addition, he called up 3,000 US Army soldiers and 1,500 Marines to standby in case they are needed. So, in total, he sent 4,000 personnel and placed another 2,000 on standby to start. And he placed another 4,000 Active Duty troops on standby! Makes what President Trump is doing look mild by comparison with only 2,000 National Guard and 500 Marines on standby.

In case you were wondering (I was), the 25,000 National Guard Troops used to protect President Autopen's inauguration were NOT Federalized. They were requested by the Secret Service, and the US Capitol & Metropolitan Police. Apparently, it is common practice to have National Guard Troops on hand for inaugurations. Of course, fencing off the Capitol area was a folly unique to President Autopen. As a side note, President Trump only had 7,800 National Guard Troops at his 2025 inauguration.
On June 4, 2025 President Trump signed two proclamations that were sent straight to the Federal Register and were not published until today June 10, 2025. The first of those Proclamation 10948 Enhancing National Security by Addressing Risks at Harvard Universityaddresses Student/Vocational/Exchange (F,M,J) visas and acknowledges that having an F, M, or J visa means the recipient must comply with and commit to following US Federal Law. Hosting institutions are required to provide, when asked, sufficient info to identify and address misconduct of F, M, or J visa students. When the host institution REFUSES to provide that information, they become complicit in the "criminality committed by its foreign students." Harvard, in particular, has seen a rise in crime rates and has failed to discipline students for said crimes. President Trump has decided it is time for the Federal Government to "step in" to rectify Harvard's non-compliance with F, M, or J visa rules.
In addition to ignoring F, M, or J visa rules, in the last 5 years Harvard has "developedextensive entanglements with foreign countries, including our adversaries" to the tune of more than $150 MILLION from foreign governments and over $1 BILLION from foreign sources including partnering with China on research that "could advance China's military modernization."
