By June 11, 1944 the beaches of Normandy were fully secured using over 326,000 allied troops, over 50k vehicles, and more than 100k tons of military equipment. German General Rommel was away on leave at the time of the invasion and Hitler thought the invasion a "detraction" to being attacked from the north. By the end of June, Cherbourg was seized and there were over 850k allied troops and over 150k vehicles in Normandy ready to continue moving across the continent reaching the Seine River by August 1944, liberating Paris, France, thus ending the Battle of Normandy. This battle is celebrated as the event that "turned the tide" against the Germans.

And I'll bet you didn't know that during the Biden/Harris Autopen Administration, Representative Clay Higgens (R-LA) submitted HR 9592the Federal Register Modernization Actto the House on September 16, 2024. It was passed and became Public Law 118-267 on January 4, 2025, signed by President Autopen. And tasks the AG & DHS to develop a plan to counter these UAS.

This EO tasks the FAA to develop UAS operations that expand the current ability level of UAS to extend beyond "line of sight" for commercial and public safety missions. The FAA is directed to use AI tools to expedite waiver reviews, stablish "Vertical Takeoff and Landing" integration, and create a "roadmap" to integrate civil UAS into the National Airspace System. Would this be consideredgovernment oversight or government control of privately owned drones?
This EO amends EOs listed above and directs the Federal government to upgrade/update security software with latest encryption protocols. It also moves the focus of the current AI cybersecurity efforts FROM CENSORSHIP to identifying and managing vulnerabilities. It also restricts cyber sanctions to malicious FOREIGN actors.
