On January 8, 2026, the White House publishedFact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Establishes New Department of Justice Division for National Fraud Enforcementannouncing a new National Fraud Enforcement (NFE) division within the DOJ, under the leadership of AG Pam Bondi. The job of the NFE division will be to enforce Federal criminal and civil laws against fraud targeting Federal government programs, Federally funded benefits, businesses, nonprofits, and private citizens nation wide. A new, as yet unnamed, Assistant AG will be tasked to lead the division. This Assistant AG will be tasked to investigate, prosecute, and remedy fraud affecting Federal government, Federal programs, and private citizens. The division will interact with multiple district and agencies in fraud investigations as well as to provide guidance, advice, assistance, and direction to US Attorneys' Offices. The Fact Sheet goes on to reiterate the steps the Trump Administration has already taken (discussed in my January 5, 2026 ANP Article).
On January 8, 2026, the White House published the articleWalz Is Wrong: President Trumps Immigration Policies Are Saving Livesgiving data to counteract Walz's statements that there is "no verifiable evidence" that President Trump's enforcement of Federal Immigration Law has had no impact on the safety of US citizens. The article goes on to cite that in 2025; the nation saw the largest drop in homicides in 2025, deaths of law enforcement officers dropped by almost 25%; traffic fatalities have dropped; fentanyl trafficking has dropped by 1/2; there are fewer illegal aliens in emergency rooms across the country; and the view of the US citizen on how serious crime is has fallen nearly 15%. The Trump Administration is showing that when everyone is on board to enforce our nation's laws, crime is reduced and citizens are safer.
"Eat Real Food" has been around for many years, and Readers/Commenters in the ANP Forum have known that this is the way to health. I am waiting for them to add "organic" and "heirloom" or "non-GMO" (or whatever they are calling genetically modified foods these days) to their recommendations. This video was published in 2014 and is still relevant today:
The British landed below New Orleans early morning on December 23, 1815. General Jackson discovers the landing and engages. After hours of battle, Jackson removes his troops to Rodriguez Canal (about 2 miles north). They begin working on the 3/4 mile Line Jackson running perpendicular from the Mississippi River to a cypress swamp.
Christmas Day, the British command is taken over by General Sir Edward Pakenham. On December 27, 1815, Pakenham moves the army to Chalmette Plantation around 5 miles southeast if New Orleans. Over the next few days, Pakenham attempts to breach the Line Jackson and is rebutted each time. Using his frustration over being able to take New Orleans with more troops, Pakenham launches a major assault on January 8, 1815 before sunrise. In less than 30 minutes, 2/3 of of the troops under the command of Major General Samuel Gibbs and Major General John Keane were fatally wounded. General Sir Edward Pakenham was shot and later died of his wounds. Pakenham was replaced by Major General John Lambert who is unable to rouse his troops, recalling Thornton's troops. And, again, the final casualty count on the Continental side were tremendously fewer than the experienced British side:
The British do not attempt another run at Line Jackson, instead continuing to attack Fort St Philip for another week. They finally withdrew from New Orleans on January 18, 1815 giving the Continental Troops the victory they earned. With this victory, Jackson was propelled towards the presidency and January 8th was marked with celebrations for at least 50 years.
In his message, President Trump writes:
To this day, January 8, 1815, remains one of the most significant days in our great national story. More than 200 years later, as we celebrate our 250th year of American independence, we pay tribute to the heroes who defied every odd to secure our birthright of liberty. We honor their immortal legacy of courage and resilience. Above all, we vow that the triumphant spirit of the Battle of New Orleansand our victory over foreign influence in the War of 1812will forever live on in every American heart.
Those are some of the exact words used by Googles censors, aka 'Orwelliancontent police,' in describing many of our controversial stories.Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
