'Mainstream Media"' Shocked They Are Being Treated As The Liberal Activists They Truly Are By Inciting LA Riots Then Pretending To Cover Them In an Unbiased Manner

The "mainstream" media, which technically isn't as mainstream now as they used to be due to the majority of Americans having no confidence or trust in traditional media organizations to be non-biased and/or report the "news" objectively rather than reporters being more liberal activists than investigative journalists, are now "covering" the LA riots, and bitterly whining that they are in the middle of what almost seems like a warzone in California.
There is so much wrong with the way the media is handling things, but it started with their deliberate incitement of liberal followers in regards to illegal immigration and mass deportation. There was no surprise as President Donald Trump campaigned on the issue before the November 2024 election, but between Democrat politicians and the TV talking heads, along with newspaper and online publications, unhinged liberals and illegal aliens across the country have become emboldened into violence, arson, attacks against law enforcement officers and direct attacks against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcements (ICE) facilities and employees.
We'll start with accountability, because while the pundits may not be held accountable, we do see that with Trump in office, and the people he has chosen to bring about justice are at least trying to do their jobs, unlike those in positions of power from Biden's regime.
Many will remember when a bunch of Democrat politicians joined a "protest" at theDelaney Hall Federal Immigration Facility in Newark, New Jersey on May 9, 2025, where the NJ Mayor was arrested and later released with no charges, but a congresswoman,LaMonica McIver, attempted to prevent ICE officials from arresting him, and physically tried to impede federal officers from conducting their duties.
She has just been indicted by a grand jury on three counts of interfering with federal officials.
The DOJ website announced her indictments on June 10, 2025.
After the Mayor was escorted outside the secured area, law enforcement officers made a second attempt to arrest him. At this time, someone in the crowd yelled circle the mayor. McIver then faced the Mayor and placed her arms around him in an effort to prevent HSI from completing the arrest. During her continued attempts to thwart the arrest, McIver slammed her forearm into the body of one law enforcement officer and also reached out and tried to restrain that officer by forcibly grabbing him. McIver also used each of her forearms to forcibly strike a second officer.
If convicted, McIver faces a maximum penalty of 8 years in prison on the forcible impeding and interfering charge set forth in Count One of the indictment. She faces a maximum penalty of 8 years in prison on the forcible impeding and interfering charge set forth in Count Two. She also faces a maximum penalty of 1 year in prison for Count Three.

Next up, a video that has gone viral of U.S. Representative Maxine Waters, the same women that incited violence against Trump officials during his first term, having a door slammed in her face as she tried to garner media attention at an ICE facility in California.
WHEN ACTIVISTS PRETEND TO BE JOURNALISTS.....
I have always said Independent Media websites are usually up front about their bias. ANP is a conservative website, and our articles, the topics we choose to write about are generally right-leaning, which is fine because we readily admit it. We, like many other Independent Media, offer a counter balance to the over-the-top liberal media bias found in the majority of traditional media outlets.
The so-called mainstream media claim they are objective, and have no bias, which the majority of the country, in surveys year after year, understand to be false.
It isn't the bias that is the biggest problem, it the pretense by the MSM that they have no bias, that is the most egregious issue.
CNN finally dumped Cillizza, but he like most leftist activists pretending to be journalists, consistently deny their liberal bias.
NPR, PBS, all fighting for federal funding, all claim they are unbiased, yet we saw headlines such as the following from them, which explicitly shows the opposite of their claims.
Of course, once the 2020 election was over, and the world found out the Hunter Biden laptop story was real news, they admitted it, but only after providing election interference by refusing to report on a true story.
I recently ran across an Associated Press article where they whine that the "media" covering the LA riots, are being caught in the crossfire, and asking if the media have become "targets."
While most journalists covering wars receive training and safety equipment, it is apparent that many particularly freelancers dont have similar protection when assigned to events like the Los Angeles demonstrations, he said.
Its not like covering a war zone, Shapiro said. But there are some very specific skills and strategies that people need to employ. The First Amendment is only as strong as the safety of the journalists covering these events.
This is the problem with journalists acting as activists. They are there not to report, but to spin their reports in a manner that is sympathetic to the rioters.
Should they be treated any different than the actual rioters when they have spent months inciting said riots?
Let's use CNN as an example again. In 2020, with fires blazing on the screens during the George Floyd riots, CNN was famous for saying they were "mostly peaceful," protests.
They never learn. They have Democrats politicians and liberal pundits live on-air claiming these are just protests, not riots, with the host of whatever show at the time not calling them out on their lies, yet the split screen clearly shows the violence and the rioting.
What they are trying to tell Americans to not believe their own eyes, but instead believe their fake news.
Then we haveMSNBC's Nicolle Wallace appalled at an X post from DHS asking Americans to to "help your country and help yourself" by reporting "illegal invaders," along with a tip line to report illegal aliens in America for deportation.
Now listen to how the liberal activists over at MSNBC sound while discussing the DOJ's post.
She sounds so offended at illegals being called "invaders," and that the DOJ is using "taxpayer" dollars to post the request for help on X.
BOTTOM LINE.....
When activists pretend their are actually objective journalists, then they use their press credentials to go out and incite violence against law enforcement, should they really expect to be treated any differently than the activists on the street committing the violence?
Hiding behind the press freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment isn't going to cut it anymore. The "media" can either start reporting objectively, stop deliberately trying to create violent protests and then pretend to be covering some type of "organic" protests, or they can suffer the ramifications of being part of said riots.
