On July 1, 2026, the White House posted the release Supreme Court Bolsters President Trump’s Push to Eliminate Transgender Insanity which is dated June 30, 2026 lauding SCOTUS for affirming President Trump's commitment in protecting girls and women, especially in athletic competition. This is a landmark decision and a victory for biological reality. President Trump has already taken the following 12 decisive actions to advance the protection of women and girls:
Barring men from competing in women’s sports, resulting in athletic organizations such as the NCAA, International Olympic Committee, and World Athletics Council realigning their policies with biological reality.
Cracking down on athletic organizations that refuse to comply with President Trump’s commonsense Executive Order by launching Title IX investigations across the country, including four in the past week alone.
Restoring biological reality as the official policy of the federal government by recognizing that there are only two immutable sexes: male and female.
Restoring biological sex as the sole markers for official federal documents, including passports.
Terminating federal support for “gender ideology” and “equity” curricula, forcing states to halt the indoctrination of children with woke ideology or risk losing federal funding.
Prioritizing military readiness over radical gender ideology by requiring troops to serve according to their biological sex, and barring so-called transgender individuals from military service.
President Trump and his entire Administration will continue safeguarding women’s sports, shielding children from radical gender ideology, and restoring biological truth throughout the federal government, just as he promised on the campaign trail.
Now that he has this SCOTUS ruling, stop all funding to those who continue to push this insanity, whether they be Federal, State, city, or county entities. What can be done to stop this nonsense in the private sector? Part of it can be no government contracts for private sector contractors (or those who want to be government contractors). But, that's not enough. We The People need to stop frequenting places that push this nonsense. If they sell gender ideology merchandise, don't buy other stuff from them. If they promote food or drink discounts for gender ideology celebrations, don't eat there. Enough is enough and We The People need to help put a stop to it. It's time for some 'bottom up' pressure to meet the 'top down' pressure President Trump is applying.

The exemption for every effluent source associated with the rehabilitation and revitalization will be for a period of 1 year starting June 26, 2026 and ending June 26, 2027.

So Congress is hiding from President Trump? The Senate isn't going to come back until July 13, 2026 (this was decided a week ago). The House might do the same (they decided on June 30 to postpone returning until July 2). Why are they hiding? My guess is they don't want to pass the SAVE America Act to protect our US elections from foreigners & fraud. Nor do they want to deal with the SCOTUS ruling affirming President Trump's total control over the Executive Branch which now includes the ability to create law granted to portions of the Executive Branch abdicating their own Constitutional responsibilities in the process. Now they'll have to quickly claw those powers back and I highly doubt President Trump will sign any legislation that they submit for signature that takes that power back.
President Trump has decided the RNC will hold a mid-term conference in Dallas, Texas September 9 & 10, 2026. If these people in Congress don't get on the ball and pass the SAVE America Act before then, they will have to justify to their constituents WHY they haven't done EVERYTHING in their power to make it happen!

In the lawsuit American Federation Of Government Employees v. Trump docket # 3:25-cv-03698 (discussed in my January 8, 2026 ANP Article) filed in District Court, N.D. California on April 28, 2025 about Federal Government Dismantling [reorganization] where a coalition of labor organizations, non-profits, and local governments sued the Trump administration over the efforts taken to dismantle executive agencies and significantly reduce the federal bureaucracy.
Plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction is DENIED. The Court GRANTS plaintiffs’ request to treat their supplemental brief in support of a preliminary injunction, Dkt. No. 411, as their opening brief on partial summary judgment regarding the DHS/FEMA claims (Claims VIII through XIV of the Supplemental Complaint). . . . The Court CONTINUES the hearing on plaintiffs’ motion for Rule 37(e) remedies, Dkt. No. 412, to be heard at the same time as the motion for partial summary judgment.

I think with the SCOTUS ruling in Trump v. Slaughter docket # 25–332 Appeal of 25-5261 Appeal of 25A264 appeal of 1:25-cv-00909 (discussed in my June 30, 2026 ANP Article) where SCOTUS affirms the absolute right of the Executive to run the Executive Branch in a manner he sees fit (specifically to fire employees confirmed by Congress), the courts will need to review ALL employee decisions made by the Executive (President) in this light. SCOTUS, in its decision, they reaffirm the Constitutional Right of the Executive to manage the Executive branch. Just because the employees do not like the way an agency or department is being reorganized, it does not give them the right to sue their employer over it.

President Trump then presented a gift to the Library. He prefaced his gift by saying that many may know that both President Roosevelt and his son, Theodore Jr are both Medal of Honor recipients. Their medals have never been housed together; but, because of President Trump, who brought with him President Roosevelt's Medal of Honor from the Roosevelt Room in the White House, both medals will rest side-by-side for the first time.
Since today is the dedication of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Museum, Secretary of the Interior, Doug Burgum asked President Trump to participate in cutting the ribbon that officially opens the library. Then they headed to the amphitheater where President Trump was scheduled to give a speech.
