Over the decades many scientists have suddenly disappeared or died mysteriously. This is a topic Stefan Stanford (may he rest in peace) took an acute interest in, and he had cited Steve Quayle's pages, which has tracked this issue for decades.
The deaths or disappearances of those investigating various scientific topics such as the melting of Arctic ice, holistic and alternative health doctors, robotics experts, disease experts, nuclear engineers and more, have been documented; yet, in current news we are finally starting to see stories about recent disappearances of scientists with no mention of those that have mysteriously died or gone missing in the past.
Fast forward to current news, and we see the White House, multiple federal agencies and members of Congress are now investigating a completely new list of people who have vanished or died, citing concerns about their connections to scientific research.
The list includes multiple scientists, spans several years and involves a patchwork of people from different backgrounds and circumstances. The White House, multiple federal agencies and members of Congress have said they are taking a closer look at whether there are connections between the list of up to 10 cases.
The cases range from a retired Air Force general missing (authorities had said there was no evidence of foul play) to an astrophysicist shot outside his home. It also includes a construction foreman at Los Alamos National Laboratory who vanished.
In 2021, Stefan Stanford wrote The Globalists Knew Who To 'Cull' First All Along, and while current reports do not reference the 30+ years of previous missing or mysteriously dying scientists that Quayle has so painstakingly documented, the pattern Stefan spoke of seems to be continuing in present day.
The MSM, specifically CNN, is attempting to downplay the significance as shown in their headline from Saturday, May 1, 2026, which reads How a speculative story about dead and missing scientists went from the fringe to the White House.
This is how they are attempting to frame the story:
Doocy’s questions and the White House’s responses were the culmination of a four-month journey from the fringes of the internet to the center of the federal government — a journey that demonstrated how alternative media platforms and social media can swiftly and deeply penetrate contemporary politics.
This highlights how the MSM cannot stand having a story gain traction when they themselves have done nothing to investigate the actual basis of said story. This is the way MSM so-called journalists attempt to discredit or downplay any current events that they have not figured out how to spin with their "official narrative."
This also highlights the necessity for Independent Media and Alternative News sources in modern-day news reporting; which, as CNN points out, can force critical issues and stories into the mainstream, rather than ignoring the topic because it doesn't fit the official narrative of the globalists and their MSM puppets.
MYSTERY OF MISSING OR DEAD SCIENTISTS FINALLY GOES MAINSTREAM
Representative Eric Burlison, R-Mo, has "vowed to get to the bottom of the mystery in the cases of 13 dead or missing scientists that have surfaced over the past few months, as President Donald Trump gave an update on the federal government's investigation," as reported by Fox News via MSN.
On April 30, 2026, Burlison posted to X the following:
“Mr. Sullivan’s death was a local Virginia medical examiner case, and the manner and circumstances of his of death raise substantial questions, as he was preparing to provide testimony to Congress,” the April 16 letter addressed to FBI Director Kash Patel read.
“The sudden and suspicious circumstances surrounding his death raise significant concerns about potential foul play and the safety of other individuals involved in this matter.”
The FBI indicated in a statement that Sullivan’s death could be under investigation along with the dozen other missing or dead US scientists.
“While we do not comment on specific incidents, the FBI is spearheading the effort to look for connections into the missing and deceased scientists. We are working with the Department of Energy, Department of War, and with our state and local law enforcement partners to find answers,” the FBI said.
Hopefully any official investigation will lead to a much larger investigation into the bigger pattern seen over the course of more than three decades, instead of the narrower focus of just the last 13 cases being discussed in the news now.
On April 22, 2026, GeoTV provided the names and occupations of 11 of the most recent 13 missing or dead. Among 11 scientists,
6 individuals are dead, including:
• Jason Thomas, a pharmaceutical researcher at Novartis working on cancer treatments (died March 17, 2026; body found in Lake Quannapowitt, Massachusetts)
• Carl Grillmair, a Caltech astrophysicist who worked on NASA’s NEOWISE and NEO Surveyor missions (shot outside his home on February 16, 2026)
• Nuno Loureiro, Director of MIT’s Plasma Science and Fusion Centre (fatally shot outside his home on December 16, 2025)
• Frank Maiwald, Principal researcher at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (died July 4, 2024; cause unknown)
• Michael David Hicks, Research scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, worked on the DART Project and the Deep Space 1 mission (died July 30, 2023; cause unknown)
• Amy Eskridge, Researcher of anti-gravity technology, UFO, and extraterrestrial life (died June 11, 2022; self-inflicted gunshot wound)
5 individuals are reportedly missing, including:
• William “Neil” McCasland, Former U.S. Air Force Major General (missing as of February 27, 2026, last known to be hiking in Sandia Mountains, New Mexico)
• Steven Garcia, a government contractor working at Kansas City National Security Campus, Albuquerque, New Mexico (missing as of August 28, 2025)
• Anthony Chavez, a former employee of Los Alamos National Laboratory (missing as of May 8, 2025)
• Melissa Casias, Administrative officer at Los Alamos National Laboratory (missing as of June 26, 2025)
• Monica Reza, Materials processing director at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (missing as of June 22, 2025)

The fact that Independent Media brought these cases into the mainstream, shows the importance of having sources other than the MSM, but no official investigation into this matter can be complete without looking at the dozens upon dozens of mysterious deaths and disappearances over the course of the past 30+ years.
