DHS Deports Illegal Alien Child Rapist Pardoned By Walz, John Rich Sworn In, Home For Every Child, Pulte Fires DNI Employees, And More

On July 10, 2026, the White House published the release Minnesota Democrats Pardoned a Convicted Child Rapist. President Trump Deported Him. An illegal alien (Tou Lue Vang from Laos) was convicted of raping a 10-year-old girl (multiple times over a period of years) in Minnesota. Vang called his actions "a minor thing" and claimed raping little girls is a "cultural norm" in Laos. However, the "age of consent" in Laos is officially 15, so Vang lied (but he's a convicted sexual predator pedophile, so it is expected that he will lie to defend his actions). He was ordered to be removed in 2006 (yet he managed to remain in the country illegally for another 20 years).

The release states that Governor Walz and AG Ellison protected this illegal alien criminal sexual predator pedophile from deportation by giving him a pardon. Leaving him free to pursue other US children. MPR News reports that Vang was unanimously pardoned by the Minnesota Board of Pardons (which consists of Governor Walz, AG Ellison, and MN Supreme Court Chief Justice Natalie Hudson). They pardoned him for repeatedly raping a 10 year old girl over multiple years. Apparently he was 18 when he started raping the 10 year old. NICE arrested Vang in December 2025 but an activist federal immigration judge (impeach this judge!) ordered Vang be released while the case was pending. And someone convinced the sexually assaulted girl (who is now around 30) to 'forgive' the convicted pedophile and plead for his release. What she does not realize is that there is no 'cure' for pedophilia so this man is guaranteed to reoffend by sexually assaulting another minor (and probably multiple minors given the dismal rate of catching, prosecuting, and jailing these predators).

The Trump Administration, led by Marco Rubio, addressed this travesty to justice. Secretary Rubio immediately terminated Vang's legal status. Then DHS immediately deported him BEFORE telling anyone they had done so. The release concludes:

This case exposes the depravity of the Radical Left: they will literally pardon child rapists and defy federal law to protect criminal illegals. Walz and Ellison stood with a monster who preyed on a 10-year-old girl; the Trump Administration stands with American families. Under President Trump, criminal illegal aliens who rape children will be found, arrested, and removed — and Democrat politicians will not stand in the way.

A variety of sources announced that this illegal alien criminal sexual predator pedophile was booted from our country from X (DHS, DHSgov, SecMullinDHS, StateDept, WhiteHouse, DHSgov, and SecRubio), wltreport, The Guardian, The New York Times, MPR News, Homeland Security, CBS news, and others. 

I, for one, am very glad to know that this criminal illegal alien sexual predator pedophile will no longer threaten the safety of our children here in the US. I hope the Laos government recognizes what is returning to them and that they take steps to insure their minor children are protected.

On July 10, 2026, musician John Rich, who has been a staunch supporter for rural America, was sworn in as Special Envoy for American Landowners in the Oval Office. According to the USDA he will 

. . . serve as a leading advocate for America’s farmers, ranchers, and private landowners, helping ensure their concerns are heard and their rights are protected. He will engage directly with landowners across the country and work to address challenges posed by government overreach, activist pressure campaigns, and outside interests that threaten private property rights and the long-term viability of rural communities. A key focus of Rich’s work will be advocating for landowners facing pressure related to large-scale solar and wind development that may impact productive farmland, ranchland, and rural livelihoods. He will work closely with USDA leadership and stakeholders to ensure landowners have a strong voice in decisions affecting their property and communities.

The appointment reflects President Trump’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that America’s farmers, ranchers, foresters, and landowners have a strong voice in Washington and a federal government that supports, rather than hinders, their success.

On July 10, 2026, President Trump posted a TruthSocial truth responding to the assassination threats coming out of Iran detailing what will happen if someone assassinates, OR ATTEMPTS to assassinate, the sitting President of the United States. He has informed Iran that should this happen, our US Military is ready, willing, and able to spend at least a year totally annihilating the entire country of Iran. (Reminds me of Russia's 'if you attack us with a nuclear weapon even if you destroy us, we will already have retaliated' posture.) So, every time an attempt is made, it will be investigated. On July 10, 2026, HHS's ACF announced a new initiative, A Home for Every Child, which will extend First Lady Melania Trump's Fostering the Future program, and her whole-of-government approach to providing for the foster youth in the US.

ACF (Administration for Children and Families) found there is a critical shortage of foster homes affecting every state. On a national average for every 100 foster youth, there are only 57 licensed foster care homes in which to place them. So what happens to those youth who cannot be placed in a home? They spend their nights in office buildings, teenagers shuttled between hotels, and siblings separated not for safety, but for lack of space. This program will actively recruit foster homes while being mindful of insuring a child's safety within that home through diligent background and home checks. They will also pursue placing youth with family members when appropriate. A third angle is improving foster care giver retention. ACF will work closely with states to improve foster care across our great nation.

Both Chambers of Congress are scheduled to return from their vacation on July 13, 2026 (at noon for the House and 3pm for the Senate). Hopefully, the first thing they will pass will be the SAVE America Act (but I'm not placing any bets on this happening).

In the lawsuit Samuels v. Trump docket # 1:25-cv-01069 filed in District Court, District of Columbia on April 9, 2025 about EEOC Commissioner Firing where Jocelyn Samuels, a Commissioner of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, sued the Trump administration over President Trump's attempt to remove her as a commissioner, allegedly in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

On October 24, 2025, Judge Tanya S Chutkan wrote a minute order:

The Supreme Court has granted certiorari in Trump v. Slaughter, No. 25-332, which has the potential to resolve the issues presented in Defendants' 24 Motion to Dismiss. This court has broad discretion to stay the case pending a decision in Slaughter. See Landis v. North American Co., 299 U.S. 248, 25455 (1936). The court finds that the interest of judicial economy outweighs any prejudice to the parties from a brief delay. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is STAYED until the Supreme Court issues a decision in Slaughter.

On June 29, 2026, SCOTUS ruled in favor of the Executive (discussed in my June 30, 2026 ANP Article) stating that basically any branch of the government that performs executive powers is controlled by the Chief Executive (i.e., the President). Therefore, the Chief Executive has the ultimate authority over who he has working for him.

On July 2, 2026, Judge Tanya S Chutkan wrote a minute order:

Plaintiff is ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE by 7/16/2026 why this case should not be dismissed in light of the Supreme Court's decision in Trump v. Slaughter, No. 25-332.

July 6, 2026, a notice of voluntary dismissal was submitted:

Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff Jocelyn Samuels hereby gives notice that the above-captioned action is voluntarily dismissed against all Defendants. 

On July 6, Judge Tanya S Chutkan wrote a minute order:

In light of Plaintiff's 31 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. Defendants' 24 Motion to Dismiss, Proposed Intervenor-Defendants' 6 Motion to Intervene, and Proposed Intervenor-Defendants' 26 Motion for Leave to File are DENIED as moot. The Clerk of the Court shall close this case.

This puts every deep state actor on notice. The Executive is now in charge of the Executive Branch and may hire and fire at will the heads of the agencies and departments within the branch. And we see Acting DNI Pulte doing just that with the 3rd wave of firings since he became acting DNI chief.
